As an avid hiker, Swallows Nest was the perfect retreat after a day exploring the Trough of Bowland. the warm welcome drink and homemade cake made me feel right at home. the room was cozy and tastefully decorated, with a lovely view of the garden. The breakfast cooked by Brook was a highlight, with fresh ingredients from her garden. the in-house snack bar was a nice touch, perfect for refueling after a day of cycling. the shared lounge area and garden provided a relaxing environment to unwind after a day of adventure. The location was ideal for exploring nearby attractions like Skipton Castle and Lancaster Castle. the friendly and helpful staff made my stay memorable, going above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. Swallows Nest is truly a hidden gem in Clapham, offering a perfect blend of comfort and hospitality. I can't wait to return for another stay in the future.
